A sub-brand company of the WTVision group, specialized in the Recruitment and Selection of Human Resources in the Audiovisual and Multimedia area in Portugal.
Like its mother brand, WTPlay, it is also characterized by a young, professional and very experienced team in their respective areas of activity. “Wtplayers” is how the workers are affectionately called.
As a young and energetic brand, they wanted WTPlay’s entire visual identity and online presence to be representative of these values. Without neglecting the necessary “freshness”, and the feeling of movement, they are also symbols of what the company does so well.
The challenge was to create all the branding from scratch, giving the brand a boost, according to the defined requirements.

The necessary deconstruction of the formal “corporate image”, often associated with recruitment companies, was the main challenge. All brand elements, colors and visual representations now reflect its young and extremely professional environment.
The combination of vibrant colors, representative of the WTPlay energy, and the subtle animations included on the website, refer to the “play” concept. Which, in practice, is the most evident visual representation of the brand’s core business: the recruitment and selection of Audiovisual and Multimedia professionals for the television area.
The entire WTPlay visual identity, from the logo, email signature, letterhead, document template, among others, meets the expression “less is more”, so often uttered by those responsible for the project.
