Based in Lisbon (Portugal), they organize training, workshops, teambuildings and team building in various areas. These include Specialty Café, Cuisine and Pastry, Bar, Gastronomic Laboratory, Management, Strategy and Services.
They work with renowned trainers and chefs such as Mafalda Agante, Miguel Bértolo, Rui Mota, Rui Príncipe, Sofia Ferraz and Vítor Sobral, among others.
According to Founder Rui Príncipe, PREP Hospitality Hub is “a visionary space that brings together gastronomy enthusiasts, chefs, bartenders and baristas under one roof. This hub acts as a creative incubator for industry innovation.”

The Challenge
PREP Hospitaliy Hub’s previous website, although it allowed people to consult its products (training and workshops), had some technical problems that directly affected the conversion rate and optimization of the operation.
On the other hand, it was the founder’s ambition to put PREP “in the mouths of the world” through face-to-face and online actions that would gradually increase the brand’s visibility.
And although the initial challenge was to define and implement email marketing campaigns and their respective automations, it was necessary to review the strategy and readjust priorities, mainly due to the fact that we were dealing with a new brand on the market.
At the same time, they were looking for a technology partner to support the business and help it scale.

In order to launch the brand on the market, increase visibility, attract customers and provide a better (and more comfortable) customer experience, priorities were defined.
Firstly, a new website was created, which already included the Online Shop aspect, making the purchasing process easier for both the client and the PREP team. Respecting the brandbook and the brand’s communicational tone, a dynamic, interactive and user-friendly website was created for navigation and the purchasing process.
Alongside the website, the strategy was reviewed and adjusted, including integration with phased payment methods (Cofidis Pay) in the Online Shop, creation of dedicated landing pages and optimization for search engines (SEO).
This was followed by the implementation of Paid Campaigns (Google Ads), with a view to promoting the brands that PREP sells, PREP itself, the training workshops and team buildings, PREP wanted to define and implement an email marketing strategy.

A project conceived and developed completely in-house, from M.V.P, through technological implementation, to marketing and sales.
The platform had to meet the needs of the industry, reflecting the terminologies, flows, and working methodologies of each law firm, from the freelance attorney to the firm that operates worldwide. As it is an industry that deals with such sensitive topics, some of the project requirements were clear, cybersecurity, data encryption and secure document sharing via the cloud. Due to Onjuris’ high scalability, and the team allocated to the project, technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, smart contracts, among others, can be quickly and easily implemented.
We also had the collaboration and contribution of some Lawyers, when holding a focus group to collect feedback and hold meetings.
The result was a 100% online legal software, for lawyers and citizens, which provides greater efficiency to the office, and more convenience and flexibility for the parties involved.
