At HOMYCASA, the appreciation and passion for the customer, as well as the excellence of products and services, have led to exponential growth in recent years (even during the COVID 19 pandemic, whose sales increased by 500%).

The Challenge
With the rapid growth of the Online Store, HOMYCASA’s Ecommerce went through some challenges in terms of performance, response rate, difficulty in managing modules in the back office, complexity in terms of implementing customizations, conversion capacity, among others.
On the other hand, mobile traffic was one of the main sources of website traffic, which also required a deep overhaul of the entire navigation structure and shopping funnel to ensure a convenient, fast and intuitive user experience.
As such, they looked for a technology and supplier that would allow them greater freedom of implementation, a team available and involved in the project. HOMYCASA needed, above all, a long-term “partner”, who would strongly contribute to the continuous growth of the Online Store, sharing valid inputs regularly, with a view to increasing conversion through the various components of the website, thus valuing the business.

Taking into account consumer trends and user behavior, it was crucial for HOMYCASA to implement continuous improvements in the various components of the website, but also to provide additional features in the Online Store, such as:

» Integration with buy now pay latter (BNPL) payment methods with Klarna and Sequra.
Given the growing use of mobile devices for online shopping and market trends, the priority was to adapt the entire HOMYCASA website and Ecommerce to mobile-first navigation.
After carrying out an in-depth audit in terms of usability and browsing experience, shopping cart and traffic data (GA4, Clarity and Hotjar), several adjustments were implemented that represented a significant change in business results.

Once the adjustments and corrections have been implemented in these four main areas, general performance, intelligent search, BNPL and mobile payments, the continuous process of evolution and appreciation of the business continues, through other areas. It is important to emphasize that re-platforming is not even the most immediate path when the current platform still allows and accompanies business growth.

A project conceived and developed completely in-house, from M.V.P, through technological implementation, to marketing and sales.
The platform had to meet the needs of the industry, reflecting the terminologies, flows, and working methodologies of each law firm, from the freelance attorney to the firm that operates worldwide. As it is an industry that deals with such sensitive topics, some of the project requirements were clear, cybersecurity, data encryption and secure document sharing via the cloud. Due to Onjuris’ high scalability, and the team allocated to the project, technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, smart contracts, among others, can be quickly and easily implemented.
We also had the collaboration and contribution of some Lawyers, when holding a focus group to collect feedback and hold meetings.
The result was a 100% online legal software, for lawyers and citizens, which provides greater efficiency to the office, and more convenience and flexibility for the parties involved.
